Job Description:

Un poste d’Ingénieur Méthodes Production CMS (h/f) vient de s’ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Defence & Space à Elancourt. Au sein du département Opérations de Space Electronics France, vous ferez partie d’une équipe de 13 personnes qui assure la préparation, le support et la production des équipements électroniques spatiaux des plateformes et charges utiles des satellites Airbus.

Vos challenges et missions principales :

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance technique de notre ligne d'assemblage CMS automatique et contribuez à l'amélioration continue de nos procédés de fabrication :

  • Définir, optimiser et maintenir les procédés de fabrication sur la ligne d’assemblage CMS automatique et sur le périmètre de responsabilité

  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les dossiers de fabrication, gammes opératoires, instructions de travail et temps de gamme

  • Programmer et optimiser les équipements de production du périmètre (sérigraphie, placement, refusion, inspection AOI, SPI, Flying Probe, etc.).

  • Participer aux phases d'industrialisation des nouveaux produits en collaboration avec les équipes Architecte Industriel, Qualité et Production

  • Participer à la qualification des nouveaux moyens et des nouveaux procédés

  • Analyser les Non-Conformités et irritants, identifier les causes racines et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives

  • Proposer et piloter des projets d'amélioration continue visant à améliorer la qualité, la productivité et les coûts (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SMED, Kaizen…).

  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance des procédés du périmètre

  • Former et accompagner les opérateurs et techniciens sur les bonnes pratiques de fabrication

  • Apporter un support technique aux équipes de production et participer à la maintenance des équipements

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur en génie industriel, électronique, mécatronique ou équivalent

  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative en environnement industriel, une expérience en assemblage électronique CMS constitue un atout majeur

  • Des connaissances en Lean Manufacturing et outils de résolution de problèmes (PDCA, 8D, AMDEC, Ishikawa, 5 Pourquoi…) sont requises

  • Connaissance des normes Qualité applicables à l'électronique (IPC-A-610, ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C, ISO 9001…) appréciée

  • Vous êtes dynamique, force de proposition, avez le goût du terrain, et êtes doté d’un véritable esprit d’équipe
