En étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production et les usines, vous serez en charge de :
- Soutenir et proposer activement des actions d'amélioration continue afin d’atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs en matière de Sécurité, Qualité, Délais et Coûts.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre les flux de production ainsi que les méthodes associées.
- Participer à la rédaction et à la mise en place des procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP).
- Contribuer ou piloter des projets définis, en tant que membre d’équipe ou chef de projet.
- Assurer le lien entre la R&D et les équipes de production lors du développement de nouveaux produits.
Profil recherché :
- Formation supérieure en ingénierie, production industrielle ou équivalent.
- Expérience en environnement industriel, idéalement dans un contexte d’amélioration continue ou de gestion de projets.
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion de projet.
- Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et proactivité.
