Será responsable de mantener sistemas de gestión de calidad que aseguren que los productos y procesos de la empresa cumplan con los estándares internos y externos, impulsando la mejora continua y la satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:**
* Diseñar, implementar y monitorear los planes de control de calidad para materias primas, productos en proceso y productos terminados.
* Colaborar con los departamentos de producción, compras y ventas para resolver problemas de calidad y mejorar los procesos.
* Participar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos desde la perspectiva de la calidad.
* Analizar datos de calidad, generando informes y métricas para la toma de decisiones.
* Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y regulaciones en materia de calidad.
* Analisis fisico-quimicos de la Arena

Calificaciones del Puesto:**
* Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería de Materiales o campo relacionado.
* Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares en entornos de manufactura o industrial, preferiblemente en el sector de materiales o minerales.
* Conocimiento profundo de sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001, u otros relevantes).
* Habilidad probada para realizar auditorías internas y externas.
* Dominio de herramientas de resolución de problemas (8D, 5 Porqués, Ishikawa, etc.) y metodologías de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
* Manejo de software de análisis estadístico y herramientas informáticas (MS Office avanzado).
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, con iniciativa y orientación a resultados.
* Pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas complejos.
