Descripción del Cargo:
Como Practicante en Infraestructura de TI, serás parte integral de nuestro equipo dedicado a garantizar la estabilidad y eficiencia de los sistemas tecnológicos de la organización. El enfoque principal estará en el soporte de nivel 1/2, abordando las consultas y problemas técnicos de los usuarios, así como gestionando los escalamientos adecuados. Este rol es una excelente oportunidad para aprender y desarrollarse en el campo de la infraestructura tecnológica, brindando un servicio esencial para mantener nuestras operaciones en funcionamiento sin problemas.

Responsabilidades y Funciones:

  • Atender las solicitudes y consultas de los usuarios relacionadas con problemas técnicos, tanto en sitio como a través de canales de soporte remoto.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas comunes de hardware y software en computadoras de escritorio, laptops y dispositivos periféricos.
  • Documentar de manera detallada cada solicitud de soporte, incluyendo la naturaleza del problema, las acciones tomadas y las soluciones aplicadas.
  • Realizar un seguimiento proactivo de los tickets de soporte para garantizar la resolución oportuna y la satisfacción del usuario.
  • Evaluar la complejidad de los problemas y, cuando sea necesario, escalarlos a los equipos de soporte de niveles superiores.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los analistas de nivel 2 e infraestructura para resolver problemas más complejos y participar en la documentación de soluciones.
  • Asistir en la configuración de hardware y software para nuevos empleados.
  • Coordinar la entrega y configuración de periféricos, como cables, monitores, headsets, y otros dispositivos, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.
  • Asumir temporalmente el Rol de analista de monitoreo y cumplir con sus funciones, abordando cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir durante las horas matutinas en situaciones imprevistas.

Competencias y Habilidades:

  • Estudiante en curso y/o próximo a graduarse en carreras técnicas relacionadas con TI.
  • Conocimiento básico de sistemas operativos Windows y Linux.
  • Conocimiento básico de redes de datos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y actitud orientada al servicio.
  • Capacidad para aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a entornos tecnológicos cambiantes.
  • Deseo de crecer y desarrollarse en el campo de la infraestructura de TI.
  • IMPORTANTE: Debe cumplir cuota SENA.
