About this role

About the Company

Birdman is a fast-growing, plant-based consumer brand on a mission to nourish people with nutritious, sustainable, and delicious foods — free from animal cruelty and with a smaller environmental footprint. We operate with a strong builder mindset, combining creativity, data, and execution to scale brand presence and cultural relevance across markets.

Our Brand Experience & Partnerships team turns relationships into results — partnering with the right people and the right entities to make our brands culturally relevant, credible, and unmistakably ours.

Job Description

We are looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Analyst to build and manage the day-to-day of our partnerships in the assigned market (Mexico or the US) — both with entities (corporate alliances, on-premise opportunities, sponsorships) and with people (influencers, celebrities, and creators).

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that converts the partnerships strategy of the Head of Brand Experience & Partnerships into a living program: scouting and assessing the right profiles, ensuring every partner aligns with the values and personality of our brands, managing agreements and deliverables, and making every result measurable and quantifiable.

You will work closely with Brand Management, Social & Community, Birdman Studio, and Legal & Finance to ensure quality, consistency, and impact across every partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day of the influencer and creator program in the assigned market: scouting, assessing, and managing relationships to keep a living roster of the right voices.
  • Assess every potential partner — person or entity — against the values and personality of each portfolio brand, backed by quantitative impact and profitability analysis.
  • Identify corporate alliance and on-premise opportunities and build the business case inputs, feeding the Head of Brand Experience & Partnerships a qualified pipeline.
  • Review partner and influencer content against briefs and brand guidelines, coordinating briefings, revisions, and approvals before publication, and escalating deviations.
  • Manage the agreements, deliverables, and usage rights of every partnership, supporting negotiations and following through on contracts, timelines, and compliance.
  • Track and control influencer and partnerships spend in the assigned market, flagging deviations early to execute on budget.
  • Coordinate the amplification of every partnership with the Social & Community Lead across owned and earned content.
  • Measure program performance — reach, interactions, earned media, cost per impact — and feed the program's dashboards to enable quantitative decisions.

Are you ready to take the flight?

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • +2 years in influencer marketing or partnerships for consumer brands.
  • +2 years negotiating with talent agencies, creators, or commercial partners.
  • +2 years using social analytics and measurement tools.
  • Experience with culturally relevant or sports / lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual English (full oral and written command); native Spanish.
  • Eligible to work in Guadalajara, Jalisco (we provide relocation support if needed).
  • Able to work on-site in Guadalajara and travel up to 30% as needed.

Technical Skills

  • Influencer marketing: creator ecosystem, platform dynamics (Meta and TikTok primarily), briefing methodology, usage rights, and disclosure standards.
  • Partnerships & alliances: sponsorships, on-premise dynamics, commercial alliance structures, and business case building.
  • Measurement: reach and engagement metrics, earned media value, cost per impact, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Brand & legal basics: brand guidelines, values and personality fit, and contract and compliance fundamentals.
