About The Role: We are looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Influencer Marketing Lead to own, scale, and protect the affiliate ecosystems for our portfolio of fast-growing beauty powerhouses- L’ange Hair (game-changing hair tools and care) and OFIR Beauty (high-performance, curated cosmetics). The social commerce space moves at lightning speed. To thrive in this role with Integra, you must live and breathe TikTok (including TikTok Shop), Meta, Instagram, and Facebook. You aren’t just managing a dashboard, you will serve as a proactive hunter who knows how to spot the perfect beauty creator, onboard them flawlessly, keep them motivated, and ensure our network of affiliate partners operate with absolute brand and regulatory compliance.
