Exigences
- Expérience récente en unité de réadaptation
- Expérience auprès d'une clientèle présentant des AVC, amputations ou problèmes neurologiques
- Membre en règle de l'OIIQ
- Diplôme
- Plumitif
- Permis de conduire valide
- Certification RCR à jour
- CV à jour
- Voiture requise
Principales responsabilités
- Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers en réadaptation
- Planifier, prodiguer et assurer le suivi des soins infirmiers
- Accompagner les usagers dans leur processus de réadaptation fonctionnelle
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer la continuité des soins
- Participer à l'enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme
