Infirmier(ère) – Unité regroupée | Matapedia – Bas-Saint-Laurent
Services SFT recherche des infirmiers et infirmières passionné(e)s pour intégrer notre équipe dynamique à l’Unité regroupée | Matapedia dans la région du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Nous avons besoin de professionnels qualifiés pour des assignations de soir et nuit.
Vos responsabilités
En tant qu’infirmier(ère) d'urgence , vous serez amené(e) à :
- Fournir des soins de qualité aux patients au service d’urgence.
- Évaluer rapidement l’état de santé des patients et mettre en œuvre les interventions appropriées.
- Assurer le suivi des patients avant et après les interventions .
- Administrer les traitements et surveiller l’évolution de l’état des patients.
- Participer à l’éducation des patients et de leur famille concernant les soins et le suivi médical.
Exigences
- Temps d'orientation (si applicable) : 1 quarts maximum et peut être seulement un quart avant l'affectation.
- Diplôme en soins infirmiers reconnu.
- Inscription à l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
- Expérience aux soins palliatifs, la chirurgie et la médecine de courte durée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, de façon autonome et en équipe.
- Disponibilité pour des horaires flexibles, incluant jour, soir et nuit.
- Maîtrise du français essentielle.
Période d'affectation :
- Horaire 1 : 25 nuit 31 août nuit et du 2 sept nuit 14 sept nuit
- Horaire 2: 23 au 31 août jour et du 4 au 7 sept nuit et du 14 sept nuit au 19 sept nuit .
- Horaire 3: 26 au 31 août jour du 9-10 sept jour au 14 sept jour.
Avantages
- 52 $/heure
- Per diem : 80 $ par jour travaillé
