Exigences
- Membre en règle de l'OIIQ
- CV à jour
- Expérience obligatoire en psychiatrie (les candidatures sans expérience dans ce milieu ne seront pas retenues).
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer les soins infirmiers, le suivi clinique et l'accompagnement requis auprès de patients admis en unité interne de psychiatrie
- Évaluer l'état de santé mentale et physique des usagers, surveiller les paramètres cliniques et ajuster les plans de soins infirmiers (PPSI)
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir un environnement de soins sécuritaire, préventif et adapté aux besoins complexes des patients
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète, rigoureuse et conforme aux normes du milieu.
