Principales responsabilités
- Assurer les soins infirmiers et le suivi clinique requis auprès d'une clientèle à domicile sur le secteur Franquelin / Godbout
- Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers, planifier et dispenser les soins infirmiers personnalisés et adaptés
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir des soins sécuritaires et préventifs
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète, rigoureuse et conforme aux normes du milieu
