- Temps complet (37.5h/semaine)
- Quarts de jour.
- Garde : soir et nuit (environ 15 quarts par mois).
Exigences
- 1 Année d'expérience en SAD minimum
- Membre en règle de l'OIIQ
- Voiture requise
Principales responsabilités
- Suivi de la clientèle en soins à domicile comprenant des soins palliatifs et de fin de vie pour les usagers en RI-RPA et ceux sous antibio I/V à domicile.
- Planifier, prodiguer et assurer le suivi des soins infirmiers.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer la continuité des soins.
- Participer à l'enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches.
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme.
