- Membre en règle de l'OIIQ
Principales responsabilités
- Prodiguer des soins et traitements infirmiers à la clientèle à domicile.
- Évaluer l’état de santé de l’usager et réaliser un plan de soins.
- Effectuer de l'enseignement auprès de l'usager et ses proches.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire et les partenaires.
