Exigences
- Les connaissances de la chimiothérapie et des traitements en maladies chroniques.
- La ressource doit être bilingue.
- Le remboursement des frais de déplacement se fera une fois par période d'assignation.
- Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas permis dans les hébergements.
Principales responsabilités
- Accueillir et évaluer les usagers de la chimiothérapie et des traitements en maladies chroniques.
- Évaluer l'état de santé des patients et prodiguer les soins requis.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer une prise en charge rapide et sécuritaire.
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme.
