Tâches principales
- Évaluer l’état de santé des patients hospitalisés.
- Assurer la surveillance clinique et le suivi de l’évolution de leur condition.
- Administrer les soins infirmiers et les traitements prescrits.
- Administrer et surveiller la médication.
- Collaborer avec les médecins et l’équipe interdisciplinaire.
- Documenter les observations et les interventions au dossier clinique.
- Connaissances procédures et protocoles en Médecine Chirurgie.
- Soins aux patients.
- Suivi des dossiers.
- Tache administrative, départ admission.
Exigences
- 2 Années d'expérience en Médecine-Chirurgie.
- Être membre en règle de l’OIIQ
- RCR à jour
