Tâches principales
- Évaluer l’état de santé des patients hospitalisés.
- Assurer la surveillance clinique et le suivi de l’évolution de leur condition.
- Administrer les soins infirmiers et les traitements prescrits.
- Administrer et surveiller la médication.
- Intervenir rapidement en situation d’urgence.
- Collaborer avec les médecins et l’équipe interdisciplinaire.
- Documenter les observations et les interventions au dossier clinique.
- Infirmière/infirmier dans un département de Chirurgie, Pédiatrie, Pédopsychiatrie et de soins palliatifs.
Exigences
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience requise en Chirurgie, Pédiatrie, Pédopsychiatrie et de soins palliatifs
- Être membre en règle de l’OIIQ
- RCR à jour
