Principales responsabilités :
- Assurer les soins infirmiers auprès des usagers recevant des traitements d'hémodialyse
- Effectuer l'évaluation clinique et la surveillance de l'état de santé des patients
- Préparer, installer et surveiller les traitements de dialyse
- Intervenir rapidement en cas de complications ou de situations d'urgence
- Collaborer avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire afin d'assurer la qualité et la continuité des soins
- Compléter la documentation clinique requise
Exigences :
- Membre en règle de l’OIIQ
- Expérience en hémodialyse obligatoire
- Excellentes capacités d'évaluation clinique et d'autonomie professionnelle
