- Formation OBLIGATOIRE : La ressource doit obligatoirement être formée aux soins intensifs
- Orientation : Prise en charge avec une durée approximative de 3 quarts
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer les soins infirmiers requis auprès d'une clientèle se présentant à l'urgence ou admise aux soins intensifs
- Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers en situation aiguë ou critique, stabiliser les patients et assurer une surveillance clinique de pointe
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir des soins hautement sécuritaires et adaptés aux soins critiques
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète, rigoureuse et conforme aux protocoles du milieu
