- Orientation : Prise en charge avec une durée approximative de 4 quarts
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer les soins infirmiers requis auprès d'une clientèle se présentant au service d'urgence
- Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers de manière rapide et précise (triage, situations aiguës ou critiques) et prioriser les interventions cliniques
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir des soins hautement sécuritaires et adaptés
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète, rigoureuse et conforme aux protocoles d'urgence du milieu
