Services SFT recherche activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) assistant(e) supérieur(e) (ASI) d'expérience pour combler un mandat de leadership clinique et de gestion de proximité à l'Hôpital de Baie-Comeau.
En plus de vos responsabilités de coordination et de soutien aux équipes de soins, vous interviendrez au sein du secteur des hospitalisations.
- Installation principale : Hospitalisation de Baie-Comeau (Côte-Nord)
- Territoire d'affectation : Manicouagan
- Début du mandat : 19 octobre 2026 (Départ imminent)
- Fin prévue : 31 mars 2027 (durée ferme sans possibilité de prolongation)
- Quarts de travail : Rotation Jour / Soir / Nuit
- Fin de semaine : 1 fin de semaine sur 2
- Intégration : 2 jours d'orientation complets prévus à votre arrivée (entièrement pris en charge et payés aux frais de l'agence).

🎯 Exigences et compétences requises:
- Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières (titre de clinicien) et Permis de l'OIIQ valide.
- Expertise clinique : Expérience solide et récente obligatoire en Médecine-Chirurgie.
- Profil recherché : Leadership naturel, habiletés marquées en gestion d'équipe, excellente gestion du stress et capacité à prendre des décisions cliniques rapides en contexte hospitalier régional.
- Capacité à s'adapter à des quarts rotatifs (Jour/Soir/Nuit).
- Certification RCR à jour.
