Horaire et dates du mandat :

Nuit (23h15-07h30) : Toutes les nuits du 6 septembre au 3 octobre

Soir (15h15-23h30) : 7-8-12-13-16-17-21-22-26-27-30 septembre et 1er octobre

Principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer les soins infirmiers auprès des usagers recevant des traitements d'hémodialyse
  • Effectuer l'évaluation clinique et la surveillance de l'état de santé des patients
  • Préparer, installer et surveiller les traitements de dialyse
  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de complications ou de situations d'urgence
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire afin d'assurer la qualité et la continuité des soins
  • Compléter la documentation clinique requise

Exigences :

  • Idéalement une personne formée DSN
  • Membre en règle de l’OIIQ
  • Excellentes capacités d'évaluation clinique et d'autonomie professionnelle
