Exigences
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience requise en CHSLD.
- Aptitude en soins de fin de vie.
- Aptitude avec clientèle SCPD.
- Le remboursement des frais de déplacement se fera une fois par période d'assignation.
- Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas permis dans les hébergements.
Principales responsabilités
- Accueillir et évaluer les usagers en CHSLD, soins de vie et clientèle SCPD.
- Effectuer le triage selon l'Échelle canadienne.
- Évaluer l'état de santé des patients et prodiguer les soins requis.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer une prise en charge rapide et sécuritaire.
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme.
