Profil recherché
Nous recherchons idéalement un(e) infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) possédant une expérience en chirurgie.
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer la prise en charge des patients en chirurgie et en médecine
- Évaluer l'état de santé des patients et assurer leur surveillance clinique
- Offrir les soins postopératoires selon les protocoles en vigueur
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire
- Assurer la sécurité et le suivi clinique des usagers
- Documenter les soins et les interventions au dossier patient
Exigences
- La garde à assurer
- Membre en règle de l'OIIQ
- Expérience en chirurgie, notamment en postopératoire
- Le titre d'infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) est un atout
- Autonomie, jugement clinique et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Curriculum vitae à jour
