- Doit détenir de l'expérience dans le milieu (CHSLD / hébergement).
Principales responsabilités
- Contribuer à l'évaluation de l'état de santé des résidents et dispenser les soins infirmiers auxiliaires requis
- Administrer les médicaments et les traitements prescrits conformément aux directives du plan de soins
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe d'infirmiers et de préposés (PAB) afin d'offrir un milieu de vie sécuritaire, préventif et adapté aux résidents
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète, rigoureuse et conforme aux normes du milieu
