Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Oil & Gas industry segment.

• Drive sustainable growth through new business development and key account management.

• Build strong relationships with operators, EPC contractors, refineries, petrochemical facilities and maintenance teams.

• Identify opportunities for maintenance, repair, overhaul, retrofit and field service solutions.

• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

• Collaborate with service centres and operational teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and deliver against revenue and profitability targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development or account management within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, electromechanical equipment or industrial services.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth.

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to influence decision-makers and develop long-term customer partnerships.

• A results-driven mindset with a passion for identifying and winning new business.

• A relevant technical or commercial qualification is advantageous.
