The Industry Growth Leader is responsible for strategic oversight and directing tactical support needed to drive high growth within an industry or service practice.    The Industry Growth Leader works closely with Industry or Service Practice leadership to develop and execute a strategy to achieve revenue goals. The Growth Leader is focused on increasing pipeline, generating leads, supporting client expansion, and growing revenue to meet targets between 15% and 20% organic growth.   Eighty percent of focus is on pipeline management and client account planning to drive top line results. 20% of focus is on lead generation campaigns such as event or partner marketing. The Industry Growth leader plays a key role in integration of new partners from mergers into the industry group, ensuring  adoption of CRM, pipeline management and account planning process.
