Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Eigenständige Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an sämtlichen Maschinen der Abteilung B 37 Zerspanung
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung an allen Anlagen
- Instandhaltung und Wartung der Späneaufbereitungsanlage
- Anfertigung von Ersatzteilen und Hilfsmitteln
- Mitarbeit bei Neuaufstellung von Anlagen
- Überwachung und Reparatur von Absauganlagen
- Wartung und Reparatur an Spannvorrichtungen
- Erarbeiten von KVP-Lösungen und Mithilfe bei der Maßnahmenumsetzung
- Unterstützung des Bedienerpersonals
Qualifikationen
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Berufsausbildung zum Industriemechaniker*in oder vergleichbar
- Kenntnisse über die Funktionen von Einpress- und CNC-Maschinen
- Weitgehende Kenntnisse in Hydraulik/Pneumatik und Steuerungstechnik
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit verketteten Anlagen
