About this role

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Industrial Maintenance Technician As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety, production and maintenance processes.

  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
  • Utilizes mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • When necessary, provides emergency / unscheduled repairs to equipment
  • Completes foundational machinist duties as needed
  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and drawings
  • Diagnoses equipment issues, completes testing and repairs or replaces parts to make necessary adjustments
  • Detects faulty operations or defective materials and reports those or any unusual operating situations to proper supervision
  • Maintains the ability to work flexible hours or overtime based on business needs
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education

- High-school diploma or equivalent (required) - Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field (preferred) 

Experience

  • 1+ years of industrial maintenance (hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical) experience or completion of craft apprenticeship (required)
  • Previous fabrication and welding experience (preferred)
