Job Description

• Develop work methods, line layouts, and tooling for rooting, grooming, and final assembly processes.

• Support new product piloting and production ramp-up activities.

• Analyze labor requirements, material yield, and process efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and cost.

• Provide technical support and training to production teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge of Time Study, MTM, Line Balancing, and Process Flow.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of Technical Drawing and AutoCAD.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Work Location: Cikarang, West Java
