Industrial Electrician - Maintenance & Installation

Our clients include major international operators — and the work reflects that.

This is not a domestic role. If you’re looking to develop genuine industrial expertise — motor control, VSDs, control systems, complex fault finding — and you want to do it alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced environment, this is the role.

About the role

Full-time permanent position based across our client sites in Wollert, Bacchus Marsh, Kilmore, Diggers Rest, and Thomastown. You’ll be conducting both installation and breakdown/preventative maintenance work. A company vehicle with custom toolbox is provided, with weekend availability required for scheduled maintenance (all overtime paid not expected).

•       A-grade electrical licence (Victoria) — essential

•       Minimum 3 years post-trade experience

•       Proven installation experience, not just service and breakdown

•       Strong fault-finding ability on industrial electrical circuits

•       Experience with variable speed drives (VSDs)

•       Sound understanding of motor control principles

•       Strong WHS awareness and commitment to safe work practices

•       Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions on site

•       High standard of communication and customer service — you’ll interact with site managers and client representatives

•       Weekend availability for routine maintenance (paid at overtime rates)

•       Company vehicle with brand new custom toolbox
