Primary Responsibilities: As an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Technician, you’ll perform duct cleanings, Aeroseal duct sealing, and install air purification products on heating and cooling systems. You’ll be the face of our IAQ services, helping customers understand their options and recommending the right solutions to improve their home’s air quality and comfort. You will be working independently or as a team, depending on the job.


What You’ll Do

  • Work independently or as a two-person team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
  • Perform duct cleaning, Aeroseal, and air purification product installations
  • Provide expert recommendations to improve air quality and comfort in customers’ homes
  • Complete and maintain accurate service records
  • Identify needed repairs and present them to customers for approval
  • Assist with HVAC service support tasks, such as filter changes and equipment cleaning
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous HVAC or IAQ experience preferred (we will train the right person)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A genuine interest in helping customers feel healthier and more comfortable in their homes
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


Qualifications:

  • High school or GED diploma required
  • Great communication skills
  • Must obtain EPA Type II Certification within the first 60-days of employment
  • Background check and drug test required
  • Authorized to work in United States
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Demonstrate willingness to invest time in install training seminars and classes
  • Be a team player


Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
  • Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances and extreme weather conditions
  • Climb ladders
  • Operate service vehicles

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday availability as needed


Supplemental pay types:

  • Pay schedule is every 2 weeks

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Driver's License (Required)
