Job Description

Technical parts sales,
Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and price in alignment with company standards to achieve sales targets.
Technical Support, 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors, follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations to secure business, handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions
Customer relationship Management, 
Understand customer needs and propose solutions using the correct parts and components, liaise with the engineering team to ensure compatibility and assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to machinery parts.
Reporting and Business development, 
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, customer feedback reports for management, provide insight into market conditions and suggest improvements in parts sales processes
Inventory and order management, 
Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure availability of parts, monitor inventory levels and communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines and assist in forecasting demand for spare parts to optimize stock levels.

Qualifications

1-2 Years, Experience of SAP, Knowledge of Technical drawings, Estimation of costs for manufactured parts and sourcing experience 

Qualification: BE-Mech
