Our In-Home (in-person) BCaBA position centers on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy right where it matters: in the natural environment. You will enjoy the continuity and depth of collaboration that comes from direct daily engagement with clients, families, and your dedicated clinical team.

In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. 

 

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $70,000–$80,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $10,000 signing bonus.

$5,000 Schedule Premium: Boost your base salary by $5,000 just for choosing our 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday schedule.

What You’ll Do as a BCaBA:

  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity

  • Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions

  • Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions

  • Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
