Job Description & Summary: A career within Managing business performance in today’s complex and rapidly changing business environment is crucial for any organization’s short-term and long-term success. However, ensuring streamlined Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to seamlessly adapt to the changing business environment is crucial from a process and compliance perspective. As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications - Oracle Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best-in-class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients 

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules. 

  • Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents. 

  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend solutions. 

  • Configure and test SCM modules including:  

  • Procurement 

  • Inventory Management 

  • Order Management 

  • Product Information Management (PIM) 

  • Supply Planning 

  • Manufacturing 

  • Support integrations, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities. 

  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution. 

  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. 

  • Required Skills 

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. 

  • Expertise in one or more SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, or Planning. 

  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain business processes. 

  • Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. 

  • Understanding of integrations, FBDI, HDL, OTBI, and reporting. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Preferred Qualifications 

  • Oracle Fusion SCM certification preferred. 

  • Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation. 

  • Consulting experience in handling client-facing engagements.
