• Perform outbound loading and unloading alongside your team
• Assign daily work and help keep material moving according to customer schedules
• Train and mentor employees on proper forklift operation and material-handling procedures
• Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
• Help ensure parts and materials are delivered accurately and on time
• Communicate inventory shortages, delays, equipment concerns, and operational issues
• Support safety, quality, 5S, material flow, and continuous improvement initiatives

We're especially interested in candidates who have hands-on material handling and forklift experience and are comfortable using a computer for basic day-to-day work.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Material handling, warehouse, distribution, or similar hands-on experience
• Forklift operating experience
• Experience loading, unloading, staging, storing, or moving materials
• Basic computer experience and the ability to learn job-related systems
• Strong safety awareness
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with a team
• Experience training, mentoring, or helping guide other employees is a plus
