About this role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Pursuing continuous improvements in cost, lead time, quality, commercial terms and logistics costs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost reduction, supply base optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all commercial terms, technical specifications, and payment conditions are accurately documented to support efficient procurement activities.
- Proactively monitor purchase orders to ensure supplier on time deliveries are met and materials and services are available on time for the indirect material (IDM) warehouse and other departments.
- Maintain and control procurement systems to ensure compliance with KPIs and Service Level goals (SLs).
- Proficient in MS Office

For This Role, You Will Need:
4 years or more of work experience preferable as an equipment, machinery, and inputs buyer.
Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, International Business or Engineering.
English: Fluid English (B2).
Ability to travel including internationally (USA-VISA).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Outstanding Knowledge in MRO parameters.
- Indirect warehouse & Inventory experience
- Oracle Software (desirable)
- Working with global staff.
