This is an exciting job opportunity for an IAM/IGA Engineer onsite in Panama, with Signify, the world leader in lighting.

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations, automation, and governance. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing and automating IAM services, managing user lifecycle processes, supporting access governance initiatives, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.

What you’ll do

• Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents, requests, and access issues.

• Support and administer Saviynt Identity Governance platform.

• Manage user accounts, groups, organizational units, and permissions in Active Directory.

• Collaborate with application owners, HR, infrastructure, and security teams for access management activities.

• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and IAM governance standards.

More about you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting IAM/IGA operations and administration

• Exposure to IAM automation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Fluent English and Spanish is required

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and workflow management.
