• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid over your first year
• $75K–$140K earning potential through hourly pay + commissions + service revenue sharing

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues using system readings, testing equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Identify the root cause of equipment failures and recommend the appropriate repair.
• Complete quality repairs and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Explain diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and care.
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, materials, and system readings.
• Follow all safety procedures, HVAC codes, and company standards.
• Continue developing your technical knowledge and skills.

What We're Looking For

• Residential HVAC diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Ability to interpret system readings and diagnostic information.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time in the field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.
