About the role:

As a Human Resources Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping our company culture and attracting top talent. Reporting to the Sr. Human Resources Manager, you'll support initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, and employer branding.

Responsibilities:

• Actively assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various positions.
  
• Post job openings on multiple platforms and engage with potential candidates.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to hiring managers.
  
• Participate in campus recruitment events and engage with university alumni for talent acquisition.
  
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the company.
  
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
  
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  
• Research industry trends and best practices in employer branding to share insights with the team.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to access talent pools and promote our brand.
  
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the company.
  
• Collaborate with different teams to provide recommendations and support business partnering activities.
  
• Address and resolve employee relations matters promptly and professionally, fostering a culture of open communication and ensuring a positive employee experience
  
• Support day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of Human Resources activities in Dubai and other markets, addressing any local challenges and contributing to operational excellence.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
  
• Passion for people, culture, and employer branding.
