About the Role:

The role of the Circle HR Head involves, ensuring effective staffing is done within the defined timelines and budgets in discussion with the business heads. The Head should have the ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR advisory support within the organizational framework. Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub-systems is also mandated

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the recruitment is done within the timelines both number and quality wise by maintaining the optimal source mix
• Ensure efficient onboarding and effective coaching and provide support mechanism to reduce new joiner turnover.
• Drive HR interventions for low performers and active interactions and engagement with productive staff (Hired Through cadre programmes) to keep them motivated
• Managing the HR Shared services by ensuring - timely resolution of queries and adherence to TAT's of HR Processes.
• Responsible for meeting process timelines, maintaining mandate on differentiation and efficient grievance handling.
• Ensure a culture of feedback for the respective circle through surveys.
• Provide regular update to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• MBA / Postgraduate with Banking background

• Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
• Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills)
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

• Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
