POSITION SUMMARY

 

The incumbent is responsible for supporting our Taiwan organization through a broad range of business-facing and operational HR responsibilities. This role serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle, helping translate business needs into practical people solutions.

 

The role covers talent, organization, performance management, employee relations, and change support, while also ensuring effective day-to-day HR operations, local processes, and project execution. It is ideal for an HR professional who can balance business partnership with hands-on execution in a lean and fast-paced environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business partnership and people support

  • Partner with business leaders on people-related priorities and provide practical HR guidance aligned with business needs
  • Advise stakeholders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, retention, and organization capability needs
  • Support managers in driving performance management, employee engagement, and change initiatives
  • Help identify talent gaps and recommend actions to strengthen team capability and organizational effectiveness

Employee relations and organizational support

  • Provide support on employee relations matters with sound judgment, professionalism, and consistency
  • Support organization design and organizational changes based on short-term and long-term business needs
  • Manage employee communications and personnel announcements related to organizational changes
  • Contribute to local policy implementation and people practices in alignment with company standards

HR operations and process excellence

  • Partner with COEs and Shared Services to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and day-to-day HR support
  • Help maintain accuracy of HR data and employee records in Workday and local HR systems
  • Support local HR processes and ensure timely, accurate follow-through on recurring HR activities
  • Support local office administration and business continuity needs as required

Projects and continuous improvement

  • Lead or support local, regional, or global HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to projects related to recruitment process improvement, audit readiness, compliance, systems, and other business-driven priorities
  • Perform other related responsibilities as needed to support business and organizational needs

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

·        Bachelor’s degree or above

·        At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally across multiple HR disciplines

·        Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, food and beverage, or other fast-paced commercial environments is preferred

·        Experience partnering with business leaders while also handling operational HR responsibilities

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn issues into practical solutions

·        Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and local HR operations

·        Native Mandarin and fluent English
