Job Description
- Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relation concerns through investigation, and assisting with mediation efforts as appropriate to create positive
- Employee relations contact for day to day Responsible for conflict resolution efforts.
- Assist as an intermediary between Regional HR Director and operations
- Ensure Federal & State Wage and Hour Compliance
- Function as the “hands on” HR Manager for one or more
- Assist in resolution of employee issues to resolve issues without
- Ensure operations are in compliance with OSHA
- Provide assistance with start-ups and facilitate New Hire
- Ensure Enterprise system has accurate employee data for your
- Ensure compliance of Equus training standards are met for your
- Ensure Equus Compliance goals and standards are met for your
- Federal / State Wage and Hour Audits: provide requested information for your
- Recruit and post job openings for your
- Conduct routine salary surveys for your operations as
- Ensure HR training for supervisors in your
- Assist supervisors with corrective action/performance improvement plan reviews
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in business management, human resources, psychology or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and
- Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management
- Required knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
- A fundamental understanding of computer processing including word processing and spreadsheet applications At least five years related experience and/or
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
