Vi söker nu en engagerad HSE-specialist till vår serviceorganisation i Ludvika. I denna roll kommer du att stödja vår lokala serviceenhet genom att driva en stark säkerhetskultur, säkerställa efterlevnad av Hitachi Energys standarder och möjliggöra kontinuerlig förbättring i vår verksamhet. Du kommer att arbeta nära chefer, tekniker och globala HSE-funktioner för att stärka lärande, förebygga incidenter och förbättra den övergripande HSE-prestandan.

- Främja en proaktiv HSE-kultur genom att vägleda medarbetare och chefer i dagliga HSE-beslut.
- Leda och stödja rapportering av incidenter, utredningar och uppföljning av lärdomar.
- Genomföra interna HSE-revisioner och säkerställa efterlevnad av Hitachi Energys standarder samt lokala lagkrav.
- Analysera HSE-prestanda med hjälp av digitala verktyg (PowerBI, Intelex) för att identifiera trender och förbättringsmöjligheter.
- Faciliterar riskbedömningar, utbildningsaktiviteter samt säkerställer att rätt HSE-verktyg och utrustning finns tillgängliga och används.
- Driva implementering av HSE-program, initiativ samt framsteg mot viktiga HSE-mål och KPI:er.
Din Bakgrund
- Erfarenhet av arbete inom HSE-roller i industriella, service-, produktions- eller tekniska miljöer.
- God förståelse för incidenthantering, riskbedömningar och regelverksefterlevnad.
- Förmåga att coacha, utbilda och stödja chefer och medarbetare i HSE-frågor.
- Trygg i att arbeta med data, dashboards och digitala HSE-system (PowerBI, Intelex eller liknande).
- Strukturerad, proaktiv och bekväm med att arbeta i en snabbföränderlig miljö med skiftande prioriteringar.
- Flytande engelska; svenska är meriterande
