La Oportunidad

Liderar la gestión de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente (HSE) en Perú, asegurando el cumplimiento de la legislación peruana vigente, de los estándares corporativos de Grid Automation y de los requisitos de los clientes, brindando soporte integral a los proyectos desde la fase de planificación hasta la puesta en servicio. Con base en la Ley N.° 29783 y su Reglamento, D.S. N.° 005-2012-TR.

Cómo vas a generar impacto

• Mantener  el Sistema de Gestión HSE para Perú de Grid Automation y soportar los requerimientos  del corporativo legal.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento legal y corporativo en las oficinas, en el taller de pruebas y en los proyectos.

• Elaborar y actualizar el IPERC, las matrices legales, los programas de capacitación y los planes HSE.

• Participar en las revisiones de riesgos durante las licitaciones y la ejecución de proyectos.

• Supervisar a contratistas y al personal de campo en las actividades de instalación, puesta en marcha y mantenimiento de sistemas de automatización y de subestaciones.

• Liderar investigaciones de incidentes, inspecciones y auditorías.

• Gestionar los indicadores HSE y los reportes para la organización regional.

• Coordinar capacitaciones y actividades para fortalecer la cultura preventiva.

• Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas, procedimientos y directrices internas y externas aplicables

Tu Perfil

• Profesional en ingeniería industrial, ambiental, seguridad y salud en el trabajo o carreras afines.

• Especialización o diplomado en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

• Formación deseable en ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.

• Mínimo 5 años en posiciones HSE.

• Experiencia en proyectos eléctricos, subestaciones, automatización, energía, áreas industriales  de mínimo 3 años.

• Experiencia en la gestión de contratistas y en actividades de campo.

• Conocimiento práctico en auditorías, investigación de incidentes y gestión de riesgos.

• Conocimiento en Ley 29783 y Reglamento D.S. 005-2012-TR.

• Conocimiento en ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.

• Conocimiento de IPERC, permisos de trabajo, investigación de incidentes y planes de emergencia.

• Experiencia en gestión de contratistas.

• Experiencia en seguridad eléctrica, energías peligrosas (LOTO), trabajos en altura y actividades de commissioning.

• Inglés intermedio.

• Manejo de Microsoft 365 y Power BI (deseable).
