HRIS Trainee (Full-time annual contract)

Job Description

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee data within the HR system.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across HR modules.
• Support the preparation of HR reports.
• Validate attendance, absence, organizational, and employee master data.
• Assist in mass data uploads and data cleansing activities.
• Monitor and report data discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic reports using Excel and HR systems.
• Maintain proper documentation of HR processes and transactions.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: +Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong professional communication and reporting skills.
• Excel Skills: Excellent command of MS Excel.
• Systems: Experience with SAP or other HRIS is highly preferred (Nice-to-have).
• Attendance Management: Strong understanding of attendance systems, working hours, overtime, leave, and their impact on payroll calculations.
• Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential employee.
