YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You build and maintain the core technical infrastructure of SIXT's future AI-powered HR technology landscape, including databases, data models, and system foundations
• You implement access controls, permissions structures, and security frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance across the HRIS platform
• You develop and execute technical solutions using AI-assisted development tools and Vibecoding methodologies as your primary working approach
• You translate architectural blueprints from the HRIS AI Vibecoding Architect into functional, scalable, and reliable system components
• You identify and resolve technical issues within the infrastructure layer, continuously improving system stability and performance
• You document technical implementations and contribute to the development of engineering standards within the People Systems, Data & AI team

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have hands-on experience in backend development, database engineering, or technical infrastructure roles, ideally within an enterprise software environment
• Technical Background You bring solid knowledge of database design, data modeling, and system-level architecture, including experience with access and permissions management
• Tools/Systems You are comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar Vibecoding platforms and are eager to use AI as your primary coding companion
• Domain Knowledge A basic understanding of HR systems or HR data structures is a plus, helping you build infrastructure that truly fits the needs of a modern HR organization
• Soft Skills You are detail-oriented, structured, and take ownership of your work, thriving in an environment where precision and reliability are key
• Team Spirit You enjoy working in close collaboration with a technical architect and cross-functional stakeholders, turning shared goals into delivered solutions
