Job Description:
工作职责：
1. 协助人力资源部门完成简历筛选及相关候选人初步评估工作。
2. 负责与候选人及面试官进行沟通，协调安排面试时间，并跟进面试流程及结果反馈。
3. 协助撰写、编辑并发布职位招聘信息，确保信息准确、规范地对外呈现。
4. 完成上级交办的其他临时性或专项工作任务。
任职要求：
1. 本科或硕士在读，具备招聘相关实习经验者优先考虑。
2. 可保证连续实习三个月及以上，每周出勤不少于四天，能够尽快到岗。
3. 工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备独立开展工作的能力，善于跨团队沟通与协调。
4. 熟练掌握Office办公软件，具备良好的文档处理与数据整理能力
