  • Gelen puantaj bilgilerinin, evraklarının ve onaylarının kontrolünü sağlamak.
  • Bordro süreçleri yürütmek, yasal düzenlemelerin takip edilip, kurumlara (Çalışma Bakanlığı, SGK ve İŞKUR vb.) doğru ve zamanında bildirimlerde bulunmak,
  • Muhtasar ve Prim Hizmet Beyannamesi (1003B) süreçlerini eksiksiz yürütmek, SGK ve vergi bildirimlerini yasal süreleri içinde gerçekleştirmek
  • BES ve özel sağlık sigortası işlemlerini yürütmek.
  • Aylık bordro ve tahakkuk konusunda İK raporlamalarını gerçekleştirmek.
  • Personelin özlük dosyalarını düzenlemek ve personel işlemlerini takip etmek,
  • Tercihen işe alım süreçlerinde deneyim kazanmış, veya öğrenmeye istekli,
  • İşe alım ve oryantasyon eğitimlerini planlamak,
  • Şirketin organizasyonel yapısına ve stratejik hedeflerine katkı sağlayacak projelerde/çalışmalarda/süreç sistemlerinde aktif rol almak,
  • İK süreçleri ile ilgili beklenen raporlama çalışmalarını gerçekleştirecek.
