About the role

Job Summary
The role is responsible for supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This role ensures a smooth hiring experience and contributes to the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
• Support recruitment reporting and compliance.
• Assist in employer branding and sourcing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Typically a University degree and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes.
• Good skills in English both written and oral.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR system-Workday is prefered.
