As an HR Shared Services Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, handling a high volume of inquiries and providing timely, accurate HR assistance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused, call center-style environment and enjoys helping others solve problems.

 

In this position, you can expect to handle approximately 30-40 calls per day, responding to a variety of HR-related questions and requests. We are particularly interested in candidates with call center, customer service, contact center, or high-volume support experience, as these backgrounds often translate well to the pace and demands of the role. However, candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibilities

Provides customer service to all Piedmont Healthcare employees, executives, a nd physic ians. The HR Sha red Services Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR services to clinical and non-clinical s taff across the healthcare organization. Operating within a centralized HR shared services model, this position handles a wide range of administrative and operational HR tasks, ensuring timely and acc urate s upport to empl oyees, managers, and HR partners in a high-compliance, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Education

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services (call center) environment required
  • OR with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field no experience is required
  • Experience supporting payroll and benefits inquiries Preferred
