About this role

Job Description & Summary

PwC的People & Organization（P&O）團隊，專注於協助企業處理人才、組織與轉型相關的重要議題，專案涵蓋組織、策略、人才、文化、獎酬、HR transformation、併購、ESG及human rights due diligence等面向。

作為P&O團隊的經理，您將在客戶關係經營、商機發掘、成案推進與專案管理中扮演關鍵角色，並透過專案合作協助團隊成員持續發展顧問能力。

您將負責的工作

●與客戶窗口建立並維持良好合作關係，理解需求並發掘合作機會

●參與商機開發與成案推進，包括需求討論、提案規劃與後續追蹤

●主責專案進度管理與執行協調，確保時程、品質與溝通節奏符合客戶期待

●依不同專案需求，參與並推動人才與組織相關主題專案

●與內部專案團隊合作，整合觀點與資源，交付具商業價值的專案成果

●指導並協助顧問團隊成員發展分析、溝通、專案執行與客戶應對等顧問能力

我們期待您具備

●對人才與組織議題具高度興趣，並具備成熟的客戶應對、專案推進與顧問判斷能力

●具專案管理、客戶溝通或business development相關經驗

●具人才與組織、HR transformation、組織變革、人才發展、員工體驗、併購整合等相關專案經驗

●具企業人力資源相關經驗，如 HRBP、talent management、learning & development、organization development、performance management、compensation & benefits等

●具中英文資料閱讀、分析及簡報整理能力，並能依專案需求以英文進行溝通與協作
